"I’ve been working with Ignite Connections for over 6 months now. I’ve found their service to be exactly what I was looking for. We are a smaller brokerage with a high level of service. I love talking with new clients, but it can be difficult to find sellers who are ready to list. I’ve already closed one listing, I just signed another, and this past weekend I signed an offer with the seller on my listing where I represent the purchaser also. These are all listings in the 250-500K range, and are all listings that I would not have gotten without Ignite-Connections. In addition, we have 6 or 8 solid long-term nurture clients I am building strong relationships with. This is a great long term marketing program, that will add several new listings to our bottom line this year. Yes, there’s significant cost, and yes, we have to do our part in reaching out and nurturing these leads, but the results have been very positive so far, and they are getting even better as time goes by. I love that I’m only getting actual qualified leads, not fluff, and I don’t mind seeing the days or weeks with 0 results. We’re in this for the long term, and it’s great to find a partner marketing company that has that same outlook. Yes, I recommend them."

"I never truly believed in cold calling companies that guarantee leads until I took the leap of faith and decided to give Ignite a try and see what happens. First off, pricing was very reasonable and they are truly transparent when it comes delivering leads. The transparency is the most important thing to me as an agent and as someone who is paying for the service. I know exactly who is making the calls for me on a daily basis, I get a copy of the recorded call for all appointments so I know EXACTLY what has been said to land the booked appointment prior to even touching base with the lead so i know where to pick up from when making the connection. Im also able to see how many calls are being made per day for me through the dashboard. Its such a relief to have a company that actually cares on delivering quality leads. They are the real deal. I highly recommend them if you are looking to level-up in your real estate career. It was the best decision I made hence why i have renewed with them for the 3rd time."
