"Ariana has been amazing. She began as my caller and has become my account manager. The new dashboard is useful as well. I think this is the best ISA skip-tracing company for the Real Estate industry. It's not a quick play game though. They cull the database and find home sellers that are willing to raise their hand and say, "yeah, I'll meet with him/her about selling my home in the future". "Cold calls work. Ignite does them well. They booked me real appointments, overdelivered on promises, and kept me informed. Worth it.
I connected with Ignite in early 2025. After a banner year in 2024 and a brokerage change, I was worried I’d hit a slump. Ignite is, in my view, like hiring a strategic ISA to make the cold calls most agents (myself included) won’t. I signed up for a 6‑month run targeting about 2,000 addresses near my home market.

As with any cold outreach, the results were a mix: a few duds, several solid prospects, and a handful that are still in play.
